Useless call centre agents. Useless online platforms.

I paid my account on the 15th of November via the Bash app, I got a prompt message that the transaction failed, I tried again and still got the same message although that amount was taken from my account which has still not reflected on my account. I have been harassed by calls from 7am every day, they all promise to the the issue fixed. The call centre agents always say they will send helpful information and then nothing after the call. I regret the day I opened that account.
