Useless as hell

I swear they do not know what the hell they are doing. Ive been calling since Feb. 24 asking to move my insurance policies and up until today nothing has been done. Ive spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this as I had a claim in May which was rejected. I was not even informed that my policy had lapsed due to my account going into arrears. I have 4 accounts. I don't know which policy is for which phone or what? Customer services, Insurance department, they are all useless. They dont know what they are doing.
