Useless and *********** TFG

I bought R600 sandles from Foshini online last week. They were delivered this morning dirty, damaged and clearly worn a few times. Upon calling tfg customer service I was notified that I had to contact the couriers myself and arrange a pick up and return myself. Her apology was so insincere that I ended the call abruptly. So the take away is that Foshini received clearly used and damaged items and simply put it up for resale and they refused to remedy the situation and wanted me to arrange and pay a courier to return this *******. I don’t think that I have ever come across such temerity! It’s disgusting. With my hand in a cast, I had to drive to a foshini to return it personally. You can keep your ******* in the future, I’ll rather shop somewhere else
