Urgent request to update credit profile

I have been trying to call the credit department and my calls rang unaswered. I recently paid off my arrears on my Foschini account. It is now up to date and yet that is not reflected on my credit profile for the month of February. I am in the process of buying a house and my banker advised that my account has to be up to date on ITC to boost my score. Please attend to updating my credit bureaus accordingly, mi life depends on it.
