Update my account

Made payment towards my Fotchini account which I want to close and it has been affecting my credit record. On the 31st December 2024 I paid the sum I got from Fotchini consultant and when I make a follow up as to an update, nothing is happening. Consultants says they don’t know y there is no update. This is affecting my credit record.
