Unwanted subscriptions

Whenever you visit one of their stores they subscribe you to their magazines without saying anything to you. It doesn't matter whether you are buying or returning an item. When you call their call center, some consultants goes mute on you. I was a loyal customer for over 12 years but since 2025 they are showing me flames.
