Unsolicited marketing and contravention o POPI
Even after the Protection of Personal Information Act was legislated, companies like TFG still feel that it is okay to send unsolicited retail or money cards in the post. This with campaigns that state, 'just WhatsApp' to activate. I have explicitly asked TFG to STOP sending me cards, and opted out of their marketing, but they continue!!! Now they are also sending me texts to the same. It is sad that in a time where people's private/personal info is used for phishing and *****, a listed supposed socially responsible company will abuse their power like this.
