Unskilled customer service agents/staff at TFG

The most unprofessional company ever to exist the call center agents feel they are doing you a favor when they contact and have the fine cheek to tell you as a customer they would not want to be your child as if you have asked them to be your child none of them have phone manners or skills so I would suggest that you consider the type and of person they employ and the skills et and mannerism of the staff as they do not complete the work so that other staff members can see on a system that the customer was contacted
