Unsatisfactory Service

I purchased a pair of puma takkies on 24 December 2019 (it was called last of the best, but its more like last of the worst) and not even a month old after wearing them TWICE, the stitching is coming loose, and a small piece of the takkies leather appears to be breaking, I inquired with the store about returning the shoes and be refunded and I am told that it can be fixed, how the hell do u fix the leather which is coming off and the stitching will be fixed and after a month if it does the same thing I have to bring it back to have it stitched again, what a pathetic response, it was easy for u to take my money but now a whole lot of drama regarding a return of defective goods sold to ur customers, if I do not get a satisfactory response soon, i will actually go to the ombudsman with this complain and i will go through more social media sites to expose the bad service that i have received and even worse pathetic service from your TFG Customer service division as well except for one very competent person Kombeala, as for the rest of the staff, they are useless and i would think twice now with concluding any business dealings with any TFG Stores ever again.
