Unsatisfactory Products

I've ordered a pair of Adidas SuperCourt Sneakers from Archive Online within the last week of January 2021. Upon the delivery, I've noticed that the left pair of my sneaker had been used while the right pair was still stock. The underneath of the sneaker was dirty, as well as the inner lining of the shoe. At the time I did not mind because the shoe was a sale item, however I used the sneaker today for the first time and I've noticed that left pair has an offwhite-yellow tint that is noticeably different to the right pair. I thought that maybe the shoe is dirty because it could've been a demo pair, but even after attempting to clean the shoe with a wet cloth and sneaker cleaner, the offwhite/yellow tint still remains.

I'm very disappointed, I understand that it is a sale item, but that's not a reason to provide customers with unsatisfactory products.
