Unprofessional services

Good day I ordered online on the 8th of October I purchased fabian t shirt and short. I didn't receive my parcel on the date which was supposed to be the 9th. I received my parcel,which was wrong items they don't even cost the money I spent.i called support service,send an email I got a response saying I must take them to the store. When I arrive at the fix Jabulani mall I received a brilliant customer service from Palesa. She called the support team they say I must go back home with my order the courier guy will collect it from home.I m really not happy bash this is my ticket number *** order number B***-01 can I please have my money back bash please
