Unprofessional Conduct

I was contacted by an agent on 3/5/2024 at 14:29.

This agent was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Attacking a client over the phone because you feel that you are not getting your point across is unacceptable. Retorting and snorting your way through the conversation as my life does not fit your pre-conceived notion has created nothing more than irritation and annoyance in this regard.

I expect an apology from this agent in writing.

I will reconsider whether I need to continue with this account any further.

I am appalled by this experience.
