Unprofessional.
TFG Online had me running in circles for weeks now, I enquired about my refund they told me it was processed on 30.05.19 and that I should ask my bank to release it. The bank said it's impossible to release funds that are not in the account. TFG's poor customer service and their inability to resolve complaints is disgusting. All I want is my money bac****
