Unpleasant Service

<p>Today I am quite dissapointed to get such horrible service from the well known company (TFG) @Claremont>Markham ,it was past 9am when I phoned the store to find out if they had a specific item ,I literally phoned more than 5 times no response ,for the 6th time someone picked up and drooped the call again without saying anything ,the 7th time a lady picked up ,I had explained what I wanted from her ,she said She'll check ,I was not even a minutes she said "no we don't have " ,the call was ended .I woke up from bed went there to the store myself and I went through the rails and got the item ,I was dissapointed and told one of the guys working there ,he said I can take it up with whoever was helping #bad answer again ,the guy was showing no interest, I finally bought the sweater and went out the store ,15-20 minute's later one of the lady phoned and said the transaction didn't go through ,I mean how can I get a slip printed black "approved" and she still tells me that I'm so angry ,will probably not shop in there ever again I have the slip ,I also signed a slip and left it at the shop ,the lady threatened me saying they will block my card if I don't return ..should this happen I will take up with the law </p> <p>Highly dissapointed</p>
