Hi,

I contacted your office yesterday and the consultant advised that my account is with Veri-cred. When i contacted Veri-cred they informed me that if i need to enquire about about my prescribed account with TFG. I called you guys again and spent 20 minutes on the call in which you advised that a consultant from veri-cred named Maisha will contact me. I have still not received that call.

I want for you to close my account with immediate effect as this is a prescribed account, there was no payment made in over 3 years. i require urgent feedback on this as i want to close this matter. I don't want Veri-cred to sort out the account. I want this matter resolved by TFG today!
