Unknowledgeable Staff

Not happy with the experience trying to redeem a gift card. I asked instore if I could use the card to purchase online but they didn't know. I proceded to try (after leaving the store) , but the card wasn't working. I called customer care and was advised to convert the card to an e-voucher instore. Went back to the shop for that only tgo be told it's impossible. Called the customer care again and they confirmed it's possible but couldn't assit the store. Went to a different store and still didn't get help. MXM!!!!
