Unhappy customer

I am utterly disgusted in the service received. I have been looking for the Jordan Air retro 12 in white and red size 5. I firstly checked store stock and seen that promenade,Cavendish and short market had stock of the item. I called all stores and they sent me from one store to another mentioning the above. I asked the lady at promenade and she advised there is one but..carried on with chasing me off to another store. I request that the 1 available be made available for the above stores. Other than this if this item is not received I will go to consumer laws and advise of false advertising. This is utter nonsense and bad customer experience. And I do not want to be called. Please email me
