UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

On the 11th of June I've opened an account with TFG and the guy by the name Delani assisted me and ordered tracksuits and sneakers but sad part is I have received tracksuits but I haven't received sneakers which costs R1500 and unfortunately that money was deducted from my TFG account and I know owe TFG R1500 for something I did not receive and I refused to pay for something I didn't receive. I have been calling almost everyday with no assistance and honestly I'm now tired.

This account is only 2 weeks old and I'm receiving this bad service from to his company. Call centre drops my calls now after explaining my story.

This is really sad guys.Is it possible for me to just close the account because I feel like I'm being ****med here
