UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I bought a Samsung A10 in 2019 and it was worth R2,999. I insured it, and it was under Category C6 which according to the contract it ranges from R2,501-R3,500. When I claim for my lost phone I get a pay amount of R2,699. So now I have to take a phone that suit the insurance and not me. I don't know how this insurance operate but I give up on them shame.
