Unhappy customer

I have received a promotional message on my phone from tfg group, that I can have my account credited with R2000 if I subscribe with soccer magazine for only R30 from my tfg account . So I thought let me try it out but not knowing that it's a competition after I have contacted try customer service, and keep in mind that I did call try customer service before taking this so call deal. I then realised that I don't really need this and cancelled it and I was told to fill in form and submit to customer service of which i did, and I kept in contact with try customer service cause this deduction kept on repeating itself on my account every month and this month twice from my account. I'm very disturbed customer and not satisfied with this issue cause I have tried all means to verify this promotion but with no luck.
