Unhappy customer

I was never informed that my account was handed over I’ve never received contact for over 9 years from TFG I’ve called numerous time requesting them to update my information instead they made me follow a wrong process that was dreadful because the lady who dealt with it was rude and had no means of assisting me, I have attempted to open an account again and I keep getting declined clearly there is a data breach maybe as this information overtime should be deleted but in my case it is not
