This insurance company at TFG stores is just a joke they don't take clients claims as a agent claim you go to the store make a claim call them to do a follow up one agent by the name of brenden at monitorsa told me i will get an sms on Friday 2022-10-21 i did not get that sms i called today 2022-10-25 to be told by the team leader Jabu that they cant say as to how long it will take for them to send that sms that someone is working on my claim that they have a lot of claims.
