Unhappy Client

I've sent an sms through their online website and i haven't received a response and nor have they valled back. Since January I've seen some interest FOS Mokopane on my statement. Can they please explain what is it for because i always pay on time. I am not happy about this at all because now it's like I'm going back with these payments
