Unhappy and irritated customer

I got ****** on the 15th of January and logged a claim on the 16th I was than told the claim wasn't received from their HI store Maponya mall which they only got it on 20th I was told they waiting for waiting for TFG to send December debit order spread sheet I than called yesterday and I was told they waiting for January debit order which had to go off yesterday which didn't I regret taking this insurance now I don't have a cellphone and was using it for work and now I'm loosing money this is so frustrating and when I called I was sent from pillar to post I would never recommend anyone mind due I have been paying for 3 years and this is my first claim from 2021 and the process has been drained me financially and emotionally
