Unhappy

I'm so disappointed. I lost my sterns card and blocked it. Today I went to make another card so I can use my account. I was asked questions of which I'm 90% sure I responded correctly, to my surprise, I ddnt get them right now my documents need to be sent to forensics for them to investigate me, all this just for a new card. I'm so disappointed and bored and I feel sterns can rather close that account. I have been a good payer, skipped no payment and now this. It's absolute *******
