Unfairly Charged

This is the worst account I've ever opened, we're you pay on a monthly basis however the Balance doesn't decrease, payments are not being allocated then they have a nerve to want to take legal actions I'm so ****ed and I'm ready for the ombudsman to handle this... I'm too young to go through this, they taking so much advantage of people
