Unfair Rejection
<p>I have app**** for an account online. After a couple of days without any response from them I phoned them just to hear my application was declined due to afforabillity. I was never asked to submit bank statements or payslips. My husband then app**** and got the exact same outcome even though his salary is 3 times more than mine. Once again we were not asked to submit bank statements or payslips. I would like to know on what the decision to reject our applications was based on.</p>
