Unfair practice

End of September I bought talkies @ TFG online then they were delivered. Due to some reason I decided to return them . I am currently on course so I got a chance to go to a store to return went to total sports but they said they can't assist bcoz the shoes are from Due South I must go to them. The sales guy told me the nearest is to go wonderpark . Told him I will not make it there bcoz I was enroute somewhere . I noticed on their invoice I must return within 30 days . The order was made on 23 & 28 respectively. I decided to send my niece to return them upon her arrival,She was told they cannot assist with that because I have to sign even though I gave her my card, they said they cannot take an even my I'd .I m working far & far from stores. What must I do with the product I don't need.
