Unfair Insurance Claim Rejection

I bought a phone at Total sports Westgate around November 2023 and added insurance. I then had a theft of the cellphone on the 2nd march 2023

I laid a claim and the claim was rejected The reason is i left the phone in the car

I left the phone there for its safety but apparently that is not covered

I decided to go though the policy documents with a fine comb and if found the below statement ------ If the Damage, loss or theft happens while the Device is not in the possession of the Device User, regardless of how long it is not in the possession of the Device User; ----

This means they will never pay out your claim unless you are ****** I consider this very poor and bad service from the insurer

I will consider whether or not to close my TFG Account
