Unfair insurance **** by tfg

I am really hurt by how my claim was handled by the Tfg i have an insurance fir a cellphone that had bought from them in 2019 and this has been billed to me accounts monthly and it appears on my statement now that I am claim coz my device is lost they tell me that my cover is no longer active they are putting that charge monthly.
