Unfair consumer practices

I'd like to bring to your attention the unfair practice The Foschini Group is applying on my partner, she recently had a call from a TFG call center consultant whilst she was at work and couldn't speak at the time and she then asked to be called at a time appropriate to her to which they never did how the consultant then said to her she's going to be charged for the call. My partner is trying to pay off her R3184.00 debt however the company seems to not want her to pay it off as billing her for calls seems very unfair and unprofessional as her debt after the call increases. Please help me in referring the matter for a fair resolution.
