Unfair card charges
CS-*** Tried buying online using my Jet store card, system kept on saying card not recognised after entering cvv number.I called customer services I was advised to go to Jet and change the card because my card is an old Jet card that starts with 600......
I went to Jet Clearwater Mall the consultant called customer service I was told that they are going to charge me R63-00 to change the card.This is a **** why am I being charged TFG must upgrade their system to accept Jet cards they took over Jet and they are advertising that you can use your Jet card in their stores .
