Unfair Business Practise

Regarding the new application I've done, ,

Can you please advise which part of the criteria didn't I meet, because

I have no accounts in arrears at the credit bureaus, my payments is up to date, I've got a good credit score/history, I have enough money left at the end of the month, you can check my bank statement that I provided,

So please explain to me where did I fall short according to your criteria, also

Can you please escalate this matter to the C. E. O of Sportscene/TFG, because I strongly believe that this application was unfairly declined?
