Highly disappointed in the service i received @ your promenade branch mitchells plain about a month an a half ago i lay-bye a pair of jordan takkies for my son last week i went a paid a deposit on the lay-bye yesterday 17/12 when i wanted to collect the takkies paid lay-bye in full i was told after 2hrs the takkies has been misplaced which i believe its a lie and was sold to another party after making the lay-bye which i think it's an ********* thing to do my still purely p***ssed for the service i got i was quickly told the only other thing for them to do to is to refund my monies and brush it off the end of the day i'm still sitting without takkies for my son and we'll be celebrating xmas next week not a happy customer @ all and wont recommend family members nor friends to your store in promenade
