Unconstitutional profit

<p>In January I bought a phone at Foschini Polokwane which included cellphone insurance however the sim card provided was not supported by the phone so the purchase was cancelled and I was assuredbthat the insurance will not be activated as well. I tried Foschini Mall of the North amd found that the same issue is happening however I decided to take the phone and buy own sim card and i explained that Foschini Polokwane completed insurance application but they gave me assurance that it will not be activated with that been said the consultant at Mall ofbthe north completed another insurance application. So since January there was a double debit for the insurance from my account. I called several times to get assistant but they keep taking me from pillar to post, I have requested for one insurance to be cacelled and the funds be reversed back into my account and also I requested that the interest that was charged on my account was based on the balance which included a duplication of insurance thus the interest should be recalculated on the balance excluding one insurance. Every time I call they keep telling me that they have loaded my request and somebody will give me a call but nothing to this day even at Fabiani Burgersfort they couldn't help me.</p>
