Uncompassionate TFG - being telephonically harassed by TFG

Hello I keep being harassed by TFG every day twice a day via calls. My Aunt had an account with TFG and she has since passed away. I keep telling the person that calls that and she has passed away, there is a note on the system but they continue to call twice a day. I emailed her death certificate to their legal team and I am waiting for their feedback but have heard nothing as yet. Imagine having to relive your Aunts death twice a day because TFG is too *********** and lazy to refresh their customer data and can't remove me from their calling list.
