Unauthorized subscription

I found out yesterday that TFG group has been charging me for a magazine that I have not been receiving for over six months.. I called to inquire about when I subscribed , they cud not answer me and then gave me two options, cancell it and move on or leave it charged for them to be able to investigate where the magazine was delivered too, they will not be refunding me at all
