Unauthorized Magazine Subscription Charges on Jet / TFG Account – No Consent Given

I am extremely disappointed with Jet / TFG and the lack of response from customer support.

For several months, an unauthorized magazine subscription fee of R48.00 has been deducted monthly from my Jet/TFG account as well as my wife's own account without our knowledge or consent. We did not sign up for any magazine, nor did I authorize Jet/TFG or any third party to add this service to our separate account.s.

My wife and I have already emailed Jet/TFG customer support formally requesting:

*Immediate cancellation of the magazine subscription *A full refund of all amounts deducted *A written explanation of how this subscription was added without my authorization

To date, I have received no response, which is unacceptable.

This is a serious matter and, in my view, a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, specifically around unauthorized billing and unfair business practices.

I am now posting here publicly in the hope that Jet/TFG will take this matter seriously and resolve it urgently.

I request:

*Immediate cancellation of the subscription *A full refund of all unauthorized deductions *Written confirmation and a reference number
