Unauthorized Credit and Insurance Services

I'm writing to express my frustration and concern about the unauthorized use of my personal details. Last year 2024, I discovered that you gave someone a credit of over R20,000 in my name without verification of documents or salary advice. I only found out through my credit history and calls demanding payment.

Today, I received a message thanking me for phone insurance I never purchased. I called to request removal of my details from your system, but the consultant by the name of Nicole, refused to provide a reference number or confirm her identity before hanging up.
