Unauthorized Charges on My TFG Account: Magazines and Insurance Added Without Consent

TFG added magazines and insurance to the account without my agreement, so these items were added to my TFG account with which I could buy sportscene goods, and I have paid the balance. The money for magazines and insurance is in my TFG account, and I closed these items, but the money is not in mine, and now it seems that I owe a lot of money to TFG, and the amount is around R4000, and I stopped paying TFG after I finished paying R800 for sportscene goods. So I want to know what I should do. And now I'm thinking of closing the TFG account because this R4000 was made from insurance and magazines that I didn't agree were in my account, and this makes it look like a bad debt
