Unauthorised Magazine Subscription and Hidden Costs

<p>TFG, you must think that we are stupid mindless zombies who never check that you statements. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why am I paying R44.00 a month for a so called Platinum Magazine that I did not subscribe for? Or want.\Your sales agent are subscribing us to unauthorized magazines. </p> <p> </p> <p>The worst part is the hidden costs, why do I have to pay R20.52 for your sales or customer agents to call me? 20.52 for an email? ***? </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm gonna to settle this account and never again am I buying anything that is TFG related. I suggest every South African to do the same. </p> <p> </p> <p>Something that I experienced at one of your stores that is still troubling me : I bought a phone at sportsscene in JHB CBD, the phone had a manufacturing fault. I took it back. After almost an hour of conflict, fortunately(I'm a techie)I was able to convince the staff that it was indeed a manufacturing fault.</p> <p>They gave me a new phone, as I was in the process of getting the phone, I noticed something pecu****, one of the staff member took the phone that had a manufacturing problem and placed it on the display for reselling. I hope the less tech savvy people(our moms and grand mothers, the elderly) were not exploited to phones that the staff know that there is a problem.</p>
