Unacceptable service

Not only have I still not been helped regarding my account that has still not been fixed!! Now TFG is breaching the POPI act my sharing my information!! This is unacceptable and I will not drop this case! I will definatly see a lawyer regarding this and the fact that they still haven't found away to assist me with my account and it's been 3 months!!!!!!!!
