UNACCEPTABLE

I cancelled my contract I had on One2One in Desember 2017. And my number was put back on prepaid.
Now I want to apply for a contract on MTN with my prepaid number (which i had for life) and they are unable to link the prepaid number to MTN contract because it says my number is still active on the TFG group.
Could you please assist in this - because this is unacceptable!!!
