*****ulently signed up for magazines

I received two SMS notifications indicating that I have been subscribed to two magazines. Upon contacting your call centre, I was informed that these subscriptions were supposedly processed during my visit to Jet on 07/01/2026.

Kindly note that I did not consent to any magazine subscriptions. This was never discussed with me, and therefore I could not have authorised these subscriptions to be added to my account.

Please advise on the steps that will be taken to address this matter, including how the individual who *****ulently processed these subscriptions will be held accountable.
