*****ulently adding jet club membership on my account

I visited the Jet store in Overport City on the ***5 to make a purchase with my TFG card. I was never a jet club member and was not informed or asked about adding this service on however on my February statement I saw a deduction of R48 which refers to jet club. I want this cancelled and the R48 refunded to my account
