What a joke!!! They apparently delivered my perfume to home and I signed for it!!! However this is not true they forged my signature and never delivered my parcel. I logged a ticket on their chat line and I was told I would get feedback after an investigation was completed . I spoke with Kathy a team leader and explained that I did not accept any delivery!!! The investigation team comes back and tells me what I already know !!! That they have a proof of delivery with a *****ulent signature and I should confirm if it has been received. The person that was investigating called Ashton did not take the time to read the chat I had with Terry nor the information given by Kathy!!! The incompetence is astounding!!!!

I say this that your company should credit me as I will not pay for a product that I did not receive!
