An account was created in my name. Every single I called to find out who is using my name to shop on the tfg account I was told the account under my name isn’t active therefore cannot be used further. The issue is then how do they explain the amounts that keep increasing on that account. I’ve spoken to them over phone 3 times with no sort of resolution. Now I must run around signing affidavits and declarations to get any sort of assistance. It’s truly frustrating

11 Sept 2025, 09:12I finally managed to get the full truth about this illegitimate account opened on my behalf. Turns out the person who opened it only used my email account and nothing else corresponds with it. It’s been almost an entire year and only now this pops up? The frustration of constantly calling to have my name cleared is made with another block to say they not sure if they can remove my email address from their system when they simply could get ahold of this person. I’ve never been this confused and frustrated
