*****ulent activities on my account

There are *****ulent activities on my TFG account and I have made them aware multiple times however the same issue is still happening, they keep charging me for jet club magazines which I have never consented to increasing my monthly instalments putting my in financial detriment, I have made them aware of this multiple times and each time I report it they would remove it however it would reappear again I don’t know whether this is a **** to keep me in an agreement with them however this is hindering me from finishing off my payments as they keep adding charges for things I didn’t request and I am not receiving this is the last time I am complaining about this I will stop making payments moving forward as they are ****ming me !!!
