*****ulent accounts open by an incompent organisation

Unfortunately, my experience involves the *****ulent opening of an account in my name, leading to unwarranted payment reminders when my private information was misused and not handled with the utmost care and security. It is disheartening to witness the aftermath of identity theft due to a lapse in JET and TFG verification process.

I urge the forensics team and accounts department to take immediate action to protect victims of identity theft and to prevent such incidents from occurring in future. So far nothing has been done to curb this, yet I am receiving payment reminders from a reputable company that I never opened an account with.
