I have an account with TFG, paid the account full in May 2024. On the 8th of June 2024 Someone did a card replacement at The Fix in Zevenwacht without an ID and the Retail Consultant “ Zintle” helped the place to get a card replacement to ***** my account. They have maxed my credit, went to the store and the Manager told me they don’t look at the faces and they don’t do card replacement with ID!!! How?? They breach my privacy and gave a stranger a full access to my account!!! I am Livid, I am closing my account they are so ***********!!!
